Okay guys, let's be serious. It is nearly impossible to make a reservation on phone. It is always busy, but once you finally get through everything is booked already. So how did you make reservations? Friends? Connections? Please advise.

We emailed them and was able to get a lunch spot.

Do they have an email address? or can reservations only be made by phone?

Reservations do need to be made by phone. I spoke to a staff member who was just fine with English, and emailed me afterwards to confirm the reservation. Edit: I should also mention that the hours for calling to make reservations are not the same as the hours that they're open and serving customers, and are very late night if you're in the USA. Double check on their website!

Is credit card accepted?

Yes. You can use it.

Why is barrier-free? Appearance performance?

It is not barrier-free (laugh)

Tried to call them 100 times - no answer - have they changed their number? Rgds

I think that reservation by phone is difficult because it is popular here. Existing customers make the next reservation at the time of use.

How long in advance do you have to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance. I recommend calling as soon as you can in that window, as the available times filled up quickly in my experience!

Does this restaurant have many vegetarian options?

Den offers a set of courses selected by the chef rather than a full menu, so if you need to stay vegetarian they may not be the best fit. I would recommend calling them to ask if they can accomodate a vegetarian diet.
